community.
There is a 2 pet maximum per unit.
THE FOLLOWING DOG BREEDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED:
- Chow
- Dalmation
- Doberman Pincher
- German Shepard
- Mastiff
- Pit Bull
- Rottweiler
- American Staffordshire Terrier
All "mixed/mutt" breeds must have certification from a licensed
D.V.M. of the actual breed mix. Unfortunately, Crystal Creek
does not accept any mix/mutt breeds containing any of the above
listed breeds.
Security deposit is increased by $150.00 for cats and dogs that
are 25 lbs. or less and there is a $100.00 non-refundable pet
fee. For dogs over 25 lbs., there is an additional $200.00
security deposit and a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee.
Additional security deposits and non-refundable pet fees are all
due prior to move in.
